Who We Are? The Federation of Union Reps was organized in 1964. The FOUR staff union currently represents members with CBAs in Atlanta Georgia, Atlantic City NJ, New York/New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Dallas Texas, Chicago, California, New York International Staff and the Laundry Food Service & Health Fund Joint Board. FOUR currently represents organizers, business agents and clerical staff. When FOUR started the journey, we set out to organize business agents, organizers, educational directors and other personnel in union label and political work, employed by ILGWU. This case was argued June 10, 1964 and the United States Court of Appeals Second Circuit made the decision November 20, 1964. We Strive to ensure justice, respect, dignity and the economic future of the staff employed by Workers United, which an affiliate of SEIU. We (the staff) need support just like the members we work hard to service within our shops. We (the staff) have the same needs and dreams that our members have in our Workers United shops.
